Delivery

In principle our Alpengummis are sent by the Austrian post office as a letter to all EU countries.
The post office sends our packages CO2 neutral.

Larger parcels are sent with other parcel service providers.

Delivery to EU

The delivery time is currently 7-14 working days. If demand is high, delivery times may be slightly longer due to manual production bottlenecks. From a gross order value of 40,00 € we deliver the order free of charge. Below this limit the shipping costs are 4,00 € for shipments in Austria and letters to foreign EU countries. For larger parcels to other EU countries there may be higher shipping costs, please see details at the ordered product. Excluded from shipping to the EU are European islands - we maintain the right to cancel the order in this case.

Transport damage

If transport damage should occur, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible (within one day, see point 3 Revocation in our Terms and Conditions).
